Loose Rocks should get washed away by water like redstone dust or torches

Right now water flows around loose rocks like they are full height blocks.
Looks and feels weird, especially when water flows on top of them.
Would be nice if the rocks would be washed away like with Biomes o Plenty Leaf Piles e.g.
