Village Names backports some of the features introduced in the Village and Pillage update to older versions including 1.12.2.
one aspect of this is the replacement of the village generation with one that is the same as the newer versions generation with some extra structures to boot. As a result certain blocks that are removed from normal village generation become available.

The suggestion is to add integration with Village Names to correct this issue by removing the furnaces that would hamper this mods progression
