Issue Description

With Spartan Weaponry installed, the recipe repeating config option for worktables does not work because the ingredients don't get auto-populated.

What Happens

• Set ALLOW_RECIPE_REPEAT in module.tech.Basic.cfg to "true".
• In game, craft any recipe in a worktable with the hammer like normal (such as a wooden button).
• Have excess ingredients to try and repeat it.
• Shift-right-clicking the worktable with the hammer to attempt to repeat the recipe.
• The ingredients don't auto-populate so the item doesn't get crafted again.

What You Expect to Happen

• The ingredients auto-populate, therefore allowing the recipe to be repeated.
