QFAPI does not make `Blocks.createLogBlock` public - buildscript update required.

Title says it all, really.
__maximum__ on the ModFest Discord says:
Ok yeah quilted fabric API needs to update to latest fabric API's new buildscript changes
That's really all there is to say on the matter
Should be fixed in #111.
