Mod breaks blast furnace recipe.

I've trying figure out which mods are causing problems for my game, and it looks like Quad is breaking the blast furnace recipe.

NeoForge version 21.0.78 (This has also been a problem for previous NeoForge versions. I don't know how many though.

Quad version: Quad-1.2.7+1.21-Neo.jar

Ok, update, looks like it's not just Quad causing the problem. I don't know which other mod it is, but something is breaking the iron ingot tag for the blast furnace recipe. I've been trying to figure this out for days, I do not understand modding. I'm taking a break for minecraft for a while. Sorry to bother you.
