Result: Sugarcane Gold and Sugarcane Diamond only result in the lower tier. AKA Sugarcane Diamond become Sugarcane Gold, and Sugarcane Gold becomes Sugarcane Iron. Only Sugarcane Iron becomes Sugar Iron

Potential Fix: Missing recipe in the recipes folder? Decompiling the file shows that it's missing those recipes. Hopefully can be fixed. Maybe make them shaped recipes?
