Crash when placing tank

Playing on ATM 3 v4.2 12.2
Filled a quantum tank (250bucks or so) in the nether with a ranged pump from the ranged pumps mod. moved it to the overworld and tried to place it. Crashs consistently my game.
Not sure what else to say. Here the log. lmk if you need more

small update: I just tried the exact same thing again and the exact same error occurred again. So I guess it wasn't just some corrupted item or w/e.
