Tried to use this for the Quantum bags, but sadly they are not there in 1.14.4, and I can't find a config to enable bags .... (which is fixed in 1.15.x apparently but not in 1.14.x)
What am I doing wrong here?

Bags are not back in yet as they are being rewritten, They will be back
