Issue description:

When I put a refined storage exporter on a QSU and install a stack upgrade the exporter doesn't work. I've tested this with snowballs and vanilla chicken eggs. The stack upgrade works fine on chests. It seems to be isolated to quantum storage units.

What happens:

The exporter stops functioning.

What you expected to happen:

The stack upgrade should work as it does with items where stack size is 64.

Steps to reproduce:

1. put down qsu
2. attach exporter
3. install stack upgrade
4. whitelist item to be exported.
5. attach cable to exporter coming from main system.

Version (Make sure you are on the latest version before reporting):

• Minecraft: 1.10.2
• Forge: 12.18.3.2202
• Refined Storage: 1.2.16
• Quantum Storage: 3.2.17
