Is it intended behaviour? Whenever I punch a glass item frame, it'll drop a regular item frame instead. Does it require silk touch to return the glass item frame?

This is in 1.12.2 and occurs in every version I've tried.

Woops, egg on my face. It's caused by the Underp Hangables mod in combination with Quark. I'll just remove that one.
