Reproduced with only Quark beta 39.
First noticed in a survival world.

I've been reproducing it with consistency for the past ten minutes, happens to all boats, the banners aren't invisible, they are gone.

It was reproduced only with Quark.

I still can't reproduce it, so I don't know what gives O_o
