Flower Pot/Shulker Box Crash

doesn't seem like I could find a duplicate issue swiftly
i'm getting a crash occurring due to some problem with flower pots/colored flower pots, i do not understand this stuff well so I don't know what specifically is the problem and what i should do or if there's any conflicts

i've disabled some (but possibly not all) features relating to flower pots in the config (regardless of these settings the game crashes) and it didn't help which are (referencing specific parts of the config)

from what i'm able to skim and take it doesn't seem like another mod is conflicting but that can always be a possibility, as i said i do not understand too much so i would not know much
removed 2 mods requiring me to update to a more recent version of forge, i rolled back to an older version where i previously had Quark working correctly, yet I'm getting another crash related to items/functionality in quark. with this again, changing config options does nothing to help with these crashes.
this crash seems to be related to Shulker Box functionality/changes that quark provides.

if i remove quark from the pack, the pack works correctly and smoothly and i really don't want to remove quark since it's such a nice mod
seems like i'm getting flower pot crash again after going through multiple configs and removing another mod
EDIT: wiped config folder to a fresh slate and made all my current mods recreate their configuration files, edited Quark config as i've been doing and it seemed to launch fine. going to slap edits in more configs and see if something bad happens.
