Is the required Forge version 12.16.0.1856 ?
I cant find forge 12.16.0.1856 and forge 12.16.0.1854 is needed and i only have your mod

Sorry i'm tired, and refused to sleep until i make sure i installed it but, my brain wanted to stop, so i didn't recognize numbers well and thus made this terribly aweful mistake
Found out that i need to remove old version of Forge by hand and edit profile, and again, sorry
