Quark version: r1.5-140-matrixbeta-1 (testing build)

Put elytra, shears, flint and steel or some other tool that can only be enchanted with an anvil in vanilla into the enchanting table. In vanilla, it won't do anything, with Quark's matrix enchanting they can, and it guarantees Unbreaking 3 for them as that's the only available enchantment.
