Non-stackable Items gets removed one by one when transfering from chest to player's inventory

Demonstration: Using chest buttons try to transfer every wooden pickaxe from chest to player's inventory, one of them will get removed.
Quark Version: beta-41
Forge Version: 12.18.0.2008
Minecraft Version: 1.10.2
Optifine is Installed.
Other sorting mechanism(Inventory Sorter mod) are disabled through their config.
