Update Forge.

My problem was not with Forge. The mod literally required Forge version ending in .2779. I updated to .2779, yet, it still crashed. Or am I doing something wrong??

Further proof. I downgraded to 14.23.5.2768 for the purpose of showing that I have the correct version (and am not just putting in an outdated version of Forge) If you see this, please reopen if another problem is present.

When I said update forge, I meant update forge.

As you can see right here, the version we require (in dev at the moment, which was changed because of this issue) is greater than 2779.

If you were to update to Quark 152, you would notice that it now asks for a higher forge version.
