I'm using "Minecolonies" mod in the twitch, and I added the addon "Oddins" to the Quark.
The enchanting table seems to reset to zero everytime I open it, and be blank/empty.

Can't reproduce. Please provide a log with you trying to open it.

And you tried to open an enchanting table during that period of time?

Have you tried breaking and replacing the enchanting table?

Yes to both.
Left the clock for that and even crafted a new one after installing the mod, since I had one and later found out about the addon.

Have tried it Singleplayer, same thing.
If I break the enchanting it drops the items inside.
I can (creative) shift-MiddleClick to get the item and still haves the item inside as it displays above and drops it after breaking also (both lapiz and tool).
No change in logs.

Perhaps Quark is in outdated version?

Problem solved.

Had the mod named "Lapis Stays in the Enchanting Table" in the modpack.

Removed it and now works perfectly fine.
