SOLVED:
Mobs don't drop loot when killed with explosive arrows.

Also, while explosive arrows normally don't damage other players if pvp is disabled, if a mob is hit by an explosive arrow, then nearby players will get damaged.

Also also, a suggestion: since switching between arrow types between long- and mid-range fights can be a pain (not to mention ender and torch arrows), how about a keybind for changing arrow type used by bow? Maybe crouch+scroll up/down to scroll between arrow types in inventory?

The keybind would need Vazkii approval, I’ll forward it to him.

This commit solves parts 1 and 2 of the issue.
