I'd personally rather use the Quark button in the inventory than use a hotkey, but even with sorting disabled in Inventory Tweaks (both hotkey and chest buttons), it doesn't appear, and neither do the sort buttons when in a chest or similar UI.

If there is already a way to force it to appear, please let me know.
