Reacharound Block Placement Does Not Work Properly When Placing Slabs

When using reacharound block placement to place a slab beneath a full block, a bottom slab is placed rather than a top slab, leaving a gap between the two blocks. Additionally, attempting to use reacharound block placement to place a slab beneath a bottom slab does not work, and no block is placed at all.
