I have downloaded the latest version of Quark, with the latest AutoReg and then installed the recommended Forge version or the .2831 all the way to the latest or .2838 as well as having updated Java. NOTHING works; they ALL crash. There isn't even a crash report. At this point, I'll take the oldest version of Quark where the 16 banner layers were introduced to at least get SOMETHING to work but i don't know which version that is or if it even WILL work at this point.
