They still accept arbitrary enchantments, and they still don't show up in the search creative tab or in JEI. They do show up in their enchantments' respective tabs, though.

The arbitrary enchantment part seems to have been fixed in ebfdc56#diff-22f2b844e0312b038b30a5f100555226

Retested on Forge 28.1.37, Quark beta 184, still broken I am dumb and tested in creative.
