Swimming gives a weird animation using Quark 1.14 (from discord)

The swimming animation seems to be bugged in Quark 1.14, I have disabled all mods except Quark and AutoRegLib and the problem persists.

I see that you are using VanillaTweaks resource pack, maybe try disabling that? I'm not sure if it can help in this situation, but I'm having some issues with it myself (not related to swimming).
