Quark [1.14] Chickens are unable to eat due to chickens not being able to stand ontop of the Feeding Tough

After messing around with the chickens for a bit, it turns out now that they are unable to get on top of the feeding tough and therefore is the reason why they are unable to eat from it and just stand around it.
