I have a Razer Naga Trintiy currently using the two button option. When setting the keybinds for Player and Target inventory they say "Mouse Button 4" and "Mouse Button 5". I tried setting to middle click as well just in case and that does not work either. As soon as I set to a keyboard shortcut all works fine.
