[1.12.2] Capturing Panorama Breaks Game

Almost every time I take a panorama screenshot, after my client finishes taking the shot, my entire game turns grayish-blue. I can still hear everything happening in my world, can technically still move around, and play the game as normal, I just can't see anything. Any changes I make to my world (such as frantically breaking blocks trying to get my game to go back to normal) will be saved in this state. Every now and then, the grayish-blue flickers to all black.

This is happening in a modpack, so it's possible that this might be an incompatibility with another mod.

The weird thing is that this happens almost every time. Every now and then, I'll take a panorama screenshot, and everything will be just fine. Here are a couple logs of the problem happening. I looked through them and couldn't pinpoint anything helpful, but hopefully you can make something of them. What you're looking for is probably towards the end of the logs, since I closed my game right after the panorama broke my game both times.

Why was this closed with no explanation?

Apologies for replying to an old issue, but I've had the same issue on Forge 1.12.2.

In my case, I've figured out that simply resizing the game's window will fix this bug. It's only a temporary fix, however. Restarting the game will make the bug reappear.
