Inputting items into a Colossal Chest doesn't update the player inventory

Forge v28.1.90
Quark r2.0-199
Colossal Chests v1.7.5

If I use the drop off buttons to insert items into a Colossal Chest, the player inventory isn't updated, making it appear as if the items are still in the inventory until the player tries to select the item.
