This appears to happen with the most recent version of Blue Power installed (bluepower-1.14.4-0.3.172-alpha-universal). I have reported to them as well as previous version of Blue Power seem to launch with quark without issue.

Added the latest.log file from when the crash happened in case it helps identify anything.
