"graphite" crafting recipe (made from 1 charcoal) have same recipe as "fuel pellet" from mod Progressive Automation and it overrides that recipe so i can't get fuel pellets. can you make option for alternative recipe of something?

Graphite is not from Quark, it's from Charset. You can just disable the item.
