[Bug] The food tooltip not compatible with Hungry Overhaul Mod

As the title said, it just shows the original hungry recover but not the one changed by Hungry Overhaul mod which changed the hungry recover of most foods.
The version of Quark is v1.6 for MC 1.12.2.
