The recipe for converting thatch back into wheat does not work. Also, thatch is (still/again) not compostable, as in issue #1750.

Is thatch supposed to be able to be converted back to wheat?

It is according to the entry on the website, at least, but that could be wrong as well. I haven’t tested this in 1.14.
