Even if I disable the Emote system in Quark's config, the methods
vazkii.quark.vanity.client.emotes.EmoteHandler.updateEmotes()
and
vazkii.quark.vanity.client.emotes.EmoteHandler.resetPlayer()
seem to be taking up quite some time according to VisualVM.

Unfortunately, 1.12 isn't receiving non critical bugfixes anymore.
