Duplicate keybindngs for off-hand swap in inventory

the issue:

I have remapped the keybinding for off-hand swap to 'h' . the 'h' key works fine with the swapping items in the inventory. however, pressing 'f' (the default key) also does the swapping.

I have tried to disable "F To Switch" under management in the config. but it makes 'h' swap only the selected item in my hotbar (i.e. hand item), and 'f' still behaves the same as before.

Fixed: This issue was caused by ItemScroller mod. it also adds the off-hand swapping feature. Disabling the feature in either Quark or ItemScroller should fix the issue.
