[1.14.4] new ladders not letting trapdoors act like ladders

in vanilla if there's a ladder under a trapdoor on the same wall, it lets you climb the trapdoor like a ladder, but as far as i can tell that doesn't work for the new modded ladders. tested on 1.14.4 with spruce ladders and a spruce trapdoor
