Also that on the said site quote is incomplete and thus inteprets the wrong signals. People are not ever neutral. If they remain inactive or undecisive or scared, that doesn't mean they agree and side with any oppressor (if present). If you finish the quote, (they left out the second more important part) it will explain that it is from the point of view from the one getting hurt. From that POV it doesn't matter. So long you don't fight with them against the oppressor, things will go their way. That is what it fully means.

Lives of a group in any form are not oppressed in europe. They're not oppressed in the US either. People alive now are innocent from the deeds of the people in the past. What happened happened.
BLM focusses on high profile killings for their activists. If it gets shot in the news, they specifically target those kinds of things to make the news stir up and freak people out. Even people from the so called US black community state things like this. (by the way, there are no racial communities or definitions in communities that do not want to discriminate)
GF was killed on the spot, slowly by a psychopath cop. The US was in a racial stir at that time as well so it came just at the right time for this to stir up. Maybe it helps if you read more about it from all sides to understand.

At the very least I don't recommend redirecting your mod audience to a site that seems to promote racism. (which is done a bit sneaky under the guise of BLM, the link towards this is the BP emblem, but those of the black power racist movement will recognize it diffidently.) There are other sites you can use which provide more helpful info or donation alternatives.

Whatever you do is up to you.
I also would like to see an option in the config available for disabling the message in general. (for testing packs for example). Each time I remove the saves folder I get to review it. You already said no to someone about the subject, but I have no clue if that is about trying to 'stay out' or about the thing becoming optional to see.
