Not an issue with Quark (which is awesome btw) but a behavior that may be worth noting in relation to the 'click into Shulker box' facility.

If you add Silent's Soul Urn to the Shulker list then adding items via click while in the inventory will remove and delete any items in the lower half of a Soul Urn which is 2x the size of a Shulker. I expect this will happen with any >Shulker sized shulker type container.

Just thought you may like to be made aware of this behavior, hugely enjoying Quark it really expands the life of Minecraft.
