So, after some testing, I've figured out that the auto recipe unlock feature of quark is causing the game to crash upon joining a world when certain mods are present (Immersive Engineering, The One Probe, Industrial Reborn, etc)

Disabling the auto recipe unlock module prevents this crash.

I've got the same error on quark 1.16.1.
It is triggered as soon as a player joins the server.
