Pack: whatever is on the test server (we are a little behind on qork versions but I dont think anything was touched around this feature)
Expected behavior: Particles show everywhere where monsters can spawn at night/in darkness
Actual behavior: Particles show up on blocks covered by slabs and chests, and on the one block beneath them if it is not filled. Nowhere else.
