Mod Compatibility with other inventory management mods

Mods I have used/tested this with are:
Item Scroller
Inventory Tweaks
Mouse Tweaks

Basically what winds up happening with Quark 1.0-r61 and further, when you go to use the shortcuts included in those mods (mouse wheel scrolling, ctrl + clicking, etc.) it causes you to just pick up the entire stack. I have reverted back to Quark 1.0-r60 for testing and this is fixed. This was all tested with the inventory sorting modules turned off.

Although I do not have inventory management mods installed I still have odd inventory behavior that is likely related. When shift clicking items from my player inventory into a vanilla chest (may also affect other modded chests) when partial stacks of the same item are already in the chest an extra stack is momentarily created in the first available chest slot. After a tick or two the phantom stack disappears to be correctly merged into the expected existing stack(s). It feels like a sync issue between client and server, but I don't know this for certain.

Disabling inventory sorting and chest buttons in the config does not restore expected behavior.

Tested with Quark build 63 and Forge 12.18.2.2171.

Same as everyone else here, Quark build 63 and Forge 12.18.2.2171. Also tried disabling the configs with no luck. May i suggest you do disable that feature while you fix it? the mod is must need for me

This is a pretty weird bug. If you can't fix it by disabling the feature in the config there's something in the backend breaking stuff. I don't even know what is causing it, but I'll have a look.

Adding the text from #241 over here as it is related.

Quark version r1.1-62+ (as of r1.1-63)
When trying to move stacks with Shift+LMB, the stack will, for one frame, take up an empty slot in the hotbar (or the main inventory in other cases) and then correctly merge with another stack.
The exception there is when shift-clicking from a Tinkers' Construct Crafting Table's crafting grid. The stack initially moves to the hotbar, but then stacks into an attached inventory if there is a matching item there.
This has been tested in MC 1.10.2, Forge 12.18.2.2171 (latest at time of testing) with only Quark (+dependencies) present.

Anyone who is affected by this issue. Does it still happen if you turn off every Quark module? If so, can you turn them on one by one and try to nail down which feature is causing the issue?

Disabling all features corrects the shift-click problem for me. I'm now attempting to isolate one by one.

It looks like it's 'Dye item names' under 'vanity'. I'm going to disable everything else except this to verify.

Edit: Confirmed. With all other modules and features disables, having 'Dye item names' enabled causes the shift-click behaviour.

I think I know why that can be happening. Let me know if it happens in the upcoming build.

Build 64 should fix, please report.

r1.1-64 fixes the Shift-Clicking behaviour.

Just to be sure all issues were solved I loaded the Item Scroller mod and verified expected operation with Quark build 64.

Inventory Tweaks and mouse tweaks all work perfectly with Quark Build 64.

I can verify with Item Scroller and Inventory Tweaks. Build 60 works fine, but 61 and 62 breaks them for me. Haven't tried 63, but didn't see anything on changelog. Will update later and verify.

Edit: Tried 63 as well, same issue there as expected.

hi Vazkii, I am currently using the DW20 1.10 modpack. Added MouseTweaks 2.8 working with Quark v r1.1-70 and the issue continues. Any idea on how to get it fixed?
