This looks like a known issue, but in-game configuration using the q button doesn't work and has been disabled.

I couldn't find an issue tracker for this, so I'm opening on here.

It explicity says that it is not currently possible with forge. Forge removed the config stuff, so short of recreating everything by hand linking you to the appropriate file is the most you can do.
