Some kind of way for other mods (ex.: Buzzier Bees) to be able to have the same effect on matrix enchanting as the quark candles.
Either an interface to be optionally implementable when quark is loaded or straight up hardcoded support for specific candles

Or maybe simply through block tags like quark:red_candle, quark:white_candle , ...
That way other mods could easily supply their candles without much work
