When using dispensers to place redstone components that have 6 possible orientations (observer, dispenser, dropper, pistons), they will always be placed facing up, as shown below.

(The dispenser in the upper right corner has been moved by the piston it placed, since it was activated with a stone button on itself)

This goes against the declared behaviour of orienting them so they're placed forward from the dispenser, and makes impossible to create complex self-building contraptions.

Perhaps this problem is common to all blocks with 6 possible orientations.

Also, while testing this issue I noticed that, while hoppers get placed in the expected orientation, they get glitched and aren't shown (their hitbox is there somehow) until the world is closed/reloaded. It doesn't seem related, so I could open a separate issue.
