[1.16.1] Quilted Wool is Missing

Using 1.16.1 and Quark-r2.3-265
Since updating to the latest version of Quark, quilted wool has gone completely missing from the game as an option. The block itself is still there if it was already placed prior to the update so the data still remains somewhere, but it doesn't come up on JEI or the Creative menu, and not as an option to give to someone when using /give or /setblock or similar commands.
Yet there's a gap in the Creative menu list as if it should be there? I've attached screenshots, The second is the build I've made which still has quilted wool, and the first of JEI and the Creative menu where it's missing.
