[1.16.3] Horizontal reacharound placing creates ghost blocks.

Sometimes when horizontally placing blocks, with the usual symptoms like not updating properly the stack on the player's hand and most importantly, making those blocks disappear when reloading the world.
The latest Quark version I have experienced this is r2.4-271 and on Forge version 34.1.23. I also use Optifine.
