At the moment these images shown the problem with mineshafts from Yungs-Better-Mineshafts and the lava height but i don't know if this is intentional.

P.S. the colossal cave generation in the background it's from yungs better caves, the mega cave is the entire perimeter of sunken lava in the screenshots.

It depends on the order they generate. That's kinda how it goes.
