The Vanilla Minecraft clock is not displaying the correct time of day in 1.16.3.

It's like almost a half day off, and turning too fast.

The issue disappears when I turn the "Clock Nerf" setting off.

Quark R2.4-275

I have the same issue but switching clock nerf off doesn't "fix" the issue for me. Clock is always wrong.
