I play on version 1.16.4 forge-35.0.17. Quark-r2.4-275, Time control-1.16.1-1.1.0.1. (Time control-1.16.1-1.1.0.1 is also suitable for version 1.16.4)
Can you fix this in the future?

I think you'd have a better chance asking the Time Control mod dev.
