[1.15.2] Foxhounds Stand Upon Disconnection and Reconnection

My friends and I on our server tamed a bunch of foxhounds. We sit them in our houses but upon disconnecting from the server and reconnecting, the foxhounds are standing again instead of still sitting like dogs typically do. Two foxhounds per person, one of us bred theirs so they have 3+. Both the tamed and the bred foxhounds do this.

This does cause them to spawn to you if you disconnect while within a teleport radius of the foxhounds.

Tested on multiplayer & singleplayer, and this issue only happens in multiplayer. We are also all able to sit/stand each other's foxhounds in the server, but they only follow the player who initially tamed them -- could these possibly be related issues?

Hello! Quark's moved to 1.18 now-- unfortunately, this means that (unless your bug is critical and/or game-breaking), we're closing support for issues filed for versions prior to it (e.g. Quark on 1.16).

If your issue still occurs on 1.18, or if your issue happens to be rather critical (e.g. consistently crashing the game with no other mods present), please leave another note or open a new issue. Thanks for your cooperation!

As an update, restarting the server solved the issue for the first disconnect, but further disconnects caused the issue to reappear.

Probably the same underlying issue as #2145 so I'm closing that one
