Blue nether brick slabs and walls are now completely uncraftable, player is unable to make them No bypass commands work.
Tried ever-- okay i'm only one paragraph in and I'm already sick of continuing this gag
basically the recipe for these two items don't actually get loaded even when the config is turned on... you can still make them via stonecutter though.
