Forge or MC fails to load the config file quark-common.toml

Pastebin is giving me the ERR_SSL_BAD_RECORD_MAC_ALERT and not allowing me to paste anything on that site... so if you want the crash log you're going to get a wall of text.

I solved the issue by downloading the mod and the needed file that went along with it from your website. I guess Curseforge wasn't downloading the mod correctly?
